Guest Ratings & Reviews
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a strong mold smell, and my view was facing the parking lot and dumpster, which was not pleasant. However, the service was top-notch, especially the older gentleman who was incredibly accommodating. The location was ideal, right next to the vibrant Night Market. The dining options were limited, but the facilities were decent overall.
The hotel rooms looked a little dated and could use some updates. The price seemed a bit high for this hotel, but it was suitable for the two nights we stayed. The breakfast was average, and the room had no windows, making the bathroom slightly uncomfortable.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The location is perfect for exploring the night bazaar and the old town, just a short taxi ride from the airport. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and conveniently cleaned daily during my stay from October 20th to October 24th. However, the dining options were basic, and the noise levels were a bit distracting at times.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which was clean and comfortable, making it ideal for my shopping and sightseeing weekend in this busy, interesting place. The room was a bit small for three people, and the breakfast could have been better, but overall, it was sufficient for the two nights we were there.
This hotel is a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped with a nice credenza for snacks and menus. However, the ground-level rooms facing the parking lot and dumpster may not suit everyone's taste. If you're specifically targeting this area, it's okay, but there are better locations available.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms, although a bit dated, were clean and nice for the two nights I was there. However, the room was too hot at times. The service was excellent, especially with assistance for parking and organizing a day of temple sightseeing. The location was superb, right in the heart of the Night Market with plenty of restaurants and bars. The dining was basic but sufficient for my needs. Overall, a nice place to relax with friendly staff.
The hotel was big and clean, making it ideal for my shopping and sightseeing weekend in this busy, interesting place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but they could be a bit bigger. The service was top-notch, with the friendliest and accommodating staff making my stay truly enjoyable. The location is brilliant, right next to the night market, giving me easy access to all the attractions. The dining experience was n't as expected from the pictures, but the Colombian coffee was a standout. The facilities were excellent, enhancing my overall stay.
The hotel was a mixed experience with some positives and negatives. The location was central in the Night Bazaar area but the room had a bad sewage smell, and we were limited to staying on the first floor. The service was excellent overall, especially from the older gentleman working there, though they were not keen on addressing the room issue. The dining had a good selection but was the same daily. The WiFi was great for exploring Chiang Mai during the day and enjoying the Night Bazaar in the evenings.
Staying on the ground floor overlooking the night market was a mixed experience. The room was much larger than expected, but that was a disappointment. Besides being so close to the markets, the location had its perks.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and very comfortable, making it ideal for my shopping and sightseeing weekend in this busy and interesting place. The staff were super friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. However, the dining options were just fine, not matching the pictures exactly. Despite this, the location right beside the night bazaar was brilliant, offering easy access to all the attractions.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, perfect for my shopping and sightseeing weekend. The staff was friendly and efficient, although I encountered a slight inconvenience with transportation. The location couldn't have been better, right next to the vibrant night bazaar. The dining options were nice, but I missed having a varied breakfast selection.
At first, the room seemed dark due to the closed balcony but it was very clean and tidy, albeit small. However, it turned out to be spacious and exceptionally clean. The service was beyond friendly and attentive. The staff was excellent, sweet, and organized a great-priced car with a driver for temple sightseeing. The location was perfect for easy access to the night market and old town, offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The dining experience was generally good, although breakfast was limited in options. The facilities were top-notch.
The hotel is a mixed bag, with functional but somewhat DIY-feeling rooms and friendly service. The location is ideal if you want to be close to the Night Bazaar, but it may not suit everyone's comfort preferences. The dining offers a primarily Thai menu, and the facilities are decent with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a lovely large king size bed and nice furniture. However, there was a musty smell throughout the stay due to inadequate ventilation in the bathroom. The service was exceptional, with incredibly helpful and cheerful staff. The location was convenient, close to the bustling night bazaar yet tucked away on a quiet side street. The dining options were decent but lacked a variety of Western foods. The hotel facilities were good, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is located just a 10-minute walk from our condo called Summer Apartments. The rooms had a strong fecal smell, which was quite unpleasant. The service was a bit mixed as the staff, who seemed like a jack of all trades, wasn't very keen on addressing the room odor issue quickly, despite my panic mode to catch a flight. On the bright side, the staff overall was great, very friendly, and helpful. The location was a bit disappointing as it wasn't as central in the Night Bazaar area as expected but was in a quieter side street with access to restaurants and shops. The dining experience could have been better due to the lack of a breakfast buffet available.
